I'm pretty sure Ben can. I don't want him to, but I think he can.
Hines probably can to. I've never seen or heard of him trying, just playing the odds with him.

What makes you guys think Ben can punt? What makes you think Hines can? In my opinion if anyone will punt it will be Reed/
