This discussion is OVER. Moderators actions are not open for discussion or debate - Period.
Further attempts to discuss this, particuarly those where you repeat the type of accusations (where you call a fellow poster a racism, scum and other names) which caused the first warning - WILL RESULT IN A SUSPENSION OR A BAN.
Posters will be judged based on what they do on this site - not others. AND THE MODS WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST ANY POSTER WHO BREAKS THE RULE ON THIS SITE.
