Anybody that would rank Carson Palmer ahead of ANYBODY, let alone Roethlisberger, is a human shit stain.

1. Manning
2. Tie= Brees and Ben
3. Romo
4. Hasselbeck
5. Bulger
6. Palmer (He's number 2 in the first quarter! ;) )
7. McNabb

....
32. Brady

ANYONE CAN THROW SHITTY LITTLE CHECKDOWNS AND THEN THROW THE BALL DIRECTLY INTO THE AIR TO RANDY MOSS.

Ben and Peyton are 2nd and 1st respectively because, unlike tom "middleman" brady, they actually are cool and collected after getting sacked.

2 years in a row Brady had the shot at a gw drive in the patriots final game of the year, and 2 years in a row he completely and absolutely blew it. Brady is trash. Absolute worthless trash.

Say what you will, but Belichick's offense and the quality of the receivers is by far the reason Brady has any success at ALL.

For those of you who think Brady is better than Ben (let alone Peyton), you can all go fuck yourselves.

Hi5, you da man.

1. Peyton Manning
2. Ben Roethlisberger

It's hard for me to rank the rest. Although Brady is a media darling, he is a cheater. Romo and Palmer are chokers. The rest are irrelevant to me.

Palmer's a stat whore in garbage time, in real games he's a bit of a liability.

The latter part of the above sentence describes Big Ben perfectly. Hey, did you see Ben choke in the playoffs last year?! Heck, he's been choking in the postseason since he's been starting in this league. Did you see SB 40!!!! The worse performance by a SB-winning QB in the history of the NFL!!!! What a legacy!!!!

Top five. Palmer will be consistently........in Pola's sights.
Like him or not, Brady just knows how to win. Did at Michigan, does in the pros (enhanced or not). That attribute can't be taught.
PManning is a top-tier QB with credentials, but he doesn't like to be hit.
Romo's performances depend on 1)Jess, 2)his O-line's performance, 3)his WRs catching the ball; he's not a game-changer.....yet.
The QB I'd take of the ones listed (beside BR7) is Brees. Think how good he'd be if Gerard Warren hadn't cheap-shotted his throwing shoulder.

Lets see Peyton Manning, Brady are 1 and 2 like them or not and if yu think Brady isn't you have never watched him throw the ball noone is more accurate. I still Hate him but that is a fact.

Ben is 3rd because noone handles pressure better. but he really needs to improve on hitting receivers in stride expecially deep. He has the talent and strength but needs to listen to Ken A who was one of the best deep baller ever.

If you think Eli is in the top 10 you are blind. In Pgh Batch would beat him out. Eli has no arm, cant read a D fast enough and does not lead th team, is a poor communicator, heck he can barely talk.

Palmer has a lot of talent and does throw a good deep ball but cant handle pressure and doesnt see the whole picture.

Romo is going to be a great QB just give him time.

McNabb is the most over rated QB after Eli in the League

I will not even rank the rest because all the popularity QBs would not make it and most here would argue popularity makes you good

Brady and P. Manning are 1 and 1a
Big Ben, 2
Eli, not even in my top ten and maybe on my bench
Romo, no way
McNabb I want to see him stay healthy for 16 games
Palmer, has not come through in crunch time
Come to think about it I would take Anderson over Eli

I see some follks place eli ahead of big ben, if its cause of a super bowl win then ok but the numbers do not support that, here is Eli's qb rating and rank during the year, i think his playoff performance earns him a spot somewhere on the list but further down

com att % yds ypa lng td % int % sack sackyd rtng
25 E. Manning QB, NYG 297 529 56.1 3336 6.31 60 23 4.3 20 3.8 27.0 217 73.9

2 B. Roethlisberger QB, PIT 264 404 65.3 3154 7.81 83 32 7.9 11 2.7 47.0 347 104.1

no comparison in my book, i mean hell Trent Dilfer won a super bowl ring playing with a superb defense also, cause the giants d is what won them that game along with a spectacular/lucky catch, anyway i think he belongs in the top ten as far a qb's just not ahead of Ben.

Peyton
Brady
Brees
McNabb
Big Ben
Palmer
Eli Manning
Bulger
Hasselback
Romo
Kitna

It's pretty slim after here, even Kitna is a reach - maybe Leinart or Anderson someday?

SteelTank is smoking pig crap again. Mcnabb has never accomplished crap He is ranked based on lucky past performances. What has he done for the last 3 yrs besides get hurt throw ints or the most pathetic D reader in the league. Goa ahead show the passer rating on Mcnabb he last 4 years compare to Ben I guarantee you Ben avgs 20 pts higher. 4 NFC Championships 1 SB no rings C H O K E R

"4 NFC Championships 1 SB no rings"

Wow - that's really not too bad is it?

Then again, Big Ben's performance in the SB was putrid. We didn't win the SB because of Big Ben - we won because the Seahawks sucked.

McNabb is a very good QB. Period. If you give him good recievers and a good coach he'd have a huge QB rating. I think you need to look at those NFC championship loses more closely. Andy Reid is the main reason they lost those games - went very Cowher-like conservative in those games. Especially against the Rams.

SImply look at McNabb's WRs over the years - only TO was good, the rest stunk.

You cant blame Reid for everything, I ave seen Mcnabb miss open receivers by 20 yards. Granted he hasnt had the best receivers but I have seen worse WR wearing Balck and Gold. Mcnabb has made some good throws and had some good games but he has never been good week in and week out. Always making excuses and always needs to be the center of attention. Even with T.O. he wasnt that good. If we were without a AB there are numerous QBs I would take before I would even give him a look. i guarantee I would take Romo over him but you rank him low because he hasnt had PO wins but he is a good YOUNG QB but I know you would take Vince Young over Romo or Hasseldick, or that illiterate Eli Manning. Philadelphia has a strong team talent wise and they play good D bt Mcnabb always finds a way to loose and then point the finger at someone else. Poor Leadership skills, poor D reading, very inconsistant, but he is an elite QB at his age. Quit reading ESPN news
