Oh, I know! I'm being dramatic. The day's of the jack-booted soldiers breaking down the door and dragging one out to be tossed in the back of a duce an a half are long past us! Now more concentration camps with wire enclosures where 'enemies' of the state are held so they may be 're-educated' in the 'proper doctrine' of the central authority. No, this is the twenty first century and we are a technologically advanced and totally 'modern' society. The modern Socialists will be much 'cleaner' and far more 'efficient' in their methods. Think I'm having a weird Far-right nightmare? Think again. It's already started. I believe the lefties call it 'PC' and one had better not make the mistake of offending the 'watchers' of the doctrine. It's happening on a daily basis all around you. All you need do is look.

Work in an office or some other area where the same people congregate on a daily basis? Remember how it used to be, standing around the water cooler telling 'Polish' jokes? How about 'dirty jokes?' Any type of ethnic joke? Used to be everyone would get a good laugh or two and go back to their desks with a smile. No harm was intended. It was just harmless fun amongst 'cell' mates! Something to relieve the tension of the day. Try the same thing today and watch people's reaction. There is no laughter. It's more like outright fear.

Cross the line today with the wrong joke or indiscreet remark and you will be quietly summoned to the 'Personnel' office where you will be thoroughly interviewed and questioned concerning your 'actions.' If you are fortunate, you will be allowed to resume your duties but a serious notation will be made in your file for any future bosses to see when it comes time for a promotion or transfer. Your career has pretty much taken a torpedo to the port starboard and it will be up to you to institute damage control and 'right' the ship. If you are not so fortunate, things will be far worse.

You will be 'branded' by the PC Police with any number of evil tags. "Racist', 'Homophobe', 'Sexist' or any of several others. You will then, as a 'condition of employment' be required to attend all manner of 'sensitivity' training. You, as the 'contrite' employee will attend and do and say all that is required of you. You tow the line and pass through the requirements and are then, if you are lucky, allowed to continue on with your duties the same as before, but most likely not.

Your career is now 'over' with your current employer. You have been 'branded' (sound at all familiar, historically? Can you say 'gulags' or 'Treblinkah?') You will remain employed but probably in a far lower capacity. You will be assigned tasks that are 'not so sensitive' or 'dangerous' to your organization. When the next round of 'down sizing' comes, rest assured that your name will be on that list. Your services will no longer be required. So you are now unemployed and dealing with all that it entails. Not a big deal, right? With your credentials, it shouldn't be any time at all till you latch on with another firm, right? How soon you forget...

With all of our modern communications technology, how long do you think you past 'indisgression' will stay hidden? You have committed a terrible 'sin' and people do talk (communicate, e-mail, text message etc.) You prospective employer can't take the chance of bringing you on board. What happens if you 'pop off' again? No, there are government contracts and corporate liability issues to be considered here. You are just too much of a 'risk' to be considered. "Sorry, we've hired someone else but we will keep your resume on file..."

And when O'Boingo and his pals get in, rest assured that there will soon be a new government 'agency' to deal with just such issues. Any corporation wishing to have dealings with the Federal Government will have to 'open their files' for inspection just to make sure that they are not employing any 'undesirable' elements (that would be YOU). Go ahead and laugh. Yuk it up! This will never happen! It's nothing but the rants of one of those Far-right Loons! What was it the man said about coming for the Jews and he said nothing because he wasn't Jewish? Then they came for him and there was no one left to say anything....

WTF??? The current administration is why "our modern communications technology" is in place to track all email communications and that our privacy can be invaded against constitutional rights. So if your far-fetched scenario were to come to fruition, you could call them the brick layers. And, BTW, I work with many conservative executives that advocate respect and a zero tolerance policy... you are apparently partial to a "good old boys" network. Or, maybe you are bitter that you got fired or were a pariah at work for your ignorance.

I read a lot, books & newspapers & blogs & homemade flyers stapled to trees, etc, and what I am understanding is that a lot of neoconservatives, old-school conservatives, and outright right-wing psychopaths all fear Obama, in a way that can most charitably be described as "irrational." I know some secret racists, unfortunate acquaintances of mine who quietly ask if I'm seriously going to vote for "that Muslim nigger" or that "nigger Muslim." As if he's the fucking Manchurian candidate; a woman in Pennsylvania was captured on video saying that she wouldn't vote Obama because she "didn't want to be a Muslim," as if voting for a Muslim, or a Catholic or a Presbyterian or a fucking Wiccan, would mean that you'd have to adopt their belief system. Or, be forced to do so. I know, it's crazy, but that's the level of fear being whipped-up by conservative provocateurs, of which I believe Sadjoepompano is. Albeit, a dumb one and one with a minimal grasp of the King's English, he nonetheless stirs the proverbial pot, and gets us to respond. But, I hope and pray that America will be led to the polls by those citizens with a better intelligence, who can stop this madness in its tracks.

But, the idea of Joe being interred in a reeducation camp fills me with glee! I'd come by every day to poke at him through the chain-link-fence with a sharp stick!

Being that I am an RN and currently work in the ICU, I have come across my fair share of patients that need their psych medications or they end up mumbling incoherently like you are. Being that you are obviously a right wing/Commie racist pig, I'm sure you are acquainted with the aforementioned pharmaceuticals. If not, then I suggest you find a psych ward and see if they can get you commited as a danger to yourself or others.
