As far as I'm concerned Tomlin, as well as Colbert's, future employment with this organization should be riding on the outcome of today's game, re: if The Jets win or lose their games against The Bills.

Hell, even if the Steelers win but miss the playoffs for the 3rd time in 4 years, I don't believe he should still be The H.C. come Monday.
