Assuming The Steelers qualify for the playoffs, who would you like to see them face in the first round?(Also assuming they don't win The North and have to start on the road as a Wild Card.)

A lot of people are pointing to the 5th seed, as whoever that seed is will have to face the winner of a trash AFC South Division. However, I still have bad memories of that same exact scenario,(except sub. AFC South for AFC West), when they got beat by Tim Tebow in Denver 4 years ago. I don't think it would be such a bad thing as a 6th seed facing Cinci or Denver with the QB issues those teams currently have. Yeah, I know they don't give out trophies for winning a playoff game, but if the Steelers fail to do that this season it will be the first time the franchise has gone 5 straight seasons without winning a playoff game since before Chuck Noll was hired. Besides, I don't think The Pats are as good as they appear.

76, I agree with your Chuck Noll comment. I think it will be too little-too late before BR7 is done that we win another SB. If I didn't give 2 shits about this team, I wouldn't be saying what I do & calling for people's heads to roll in this organization.

I wonder if Rex Ryan will want revenge enough to get his team up to beat the Jets... I saw the Bills play the Redskins a few weeks ago and I guess there is a chance..

But wanting to play the Patriots with the secondary that the Steelers have? Starkey said it best in the Trib... the only way the Steelers win is if Belichik and Brady die laughing from looking at the game film of the Steeler's secondary.
