OMG, doesn't the NFL have more important things to do? Imagine Big Ben getting suspended for 4 games because he was using the cell phone.

No worries. He could just destroy the phone, and that would just put an end to it, right?

Yeah, but it would be more interesting to spend taxpayers money in Federal court to decide the issue.
