This is unwatchable. Although, Vick's fumble should have been called, but oh well. Now the real (Tomlin) Steelers showed up again.

And defense is as bad as we saw earlier. Just putrid effort and preparedness. Shame. Shame.

I stopped watching after AB fumbled the punt.

Brings back memories of Bill Cowher's era of sloppy play. But he had defense. This D is horrid. Ineffective and just outright out-physical-ed today.

Just sad. I did believe the hype that we may be SB contenders. I will admit. We are no better then 6-7 in AFC.

OK. Everything that could have gone wrong did, but we're down by only two scores with a whole half left and we start with the ball. The two short suits in our coaching staff's history?

1.) Failing to prepare the team with enough discipline to avoid playing down to a shitty opponent in trap games. CHECK.

2.) Failing to make halftime adjustments regardless of what happened in the first half. (_______)

Not to be Pollyanna, but beating bad teams is only how you position yourself for the playoffs, as far as seeding. Shitting the bed against the JEST in the first half is not an indication of this team's talent, but of its coaching. When faced with a quality opponent I believe we have the ability to step up still. I put this team in the top 4 of the AFC, with the Cheatriots, Donkeys and Dolts. Call me crazy.

I don't like it, but it seems I am always wary of playing the bottom feeders after the kind of success we have witnessed the last few weeks. Vick's numbers are not spectacular and except for the 67 yd. TD that only went for a score due to the inability of tackling from the keystone cops in our secondary the defense has not been bad IMHO. In the last few games have they given up on the run in favor of the passing game success or are they unable to run the ball effectively?
