I know! This D when it does make a play it gets a penalty. Very weak D and offense looked good on the first drive, but got a little lucky on the roughing the passer call. 10 to 0 means this could be an early night unless we get going quickly!

yes. play calling is leaving something to be desired tonight. not sure if it's Ben or the O-coordinator.

At least they answered with a FG to make it a 1 score game.

BTW we have no playmakers on D. No pressure what so ever on Flaccid all night.

I think all our LBs are play makers, but none of the D-linemen can occupy multiple blockers so they can get free.

I also think Troy can still make plays. He's played will this year...and as if to prove me right he makes a tackle for a loss.

IMO: what we need on D is a NT who can occupy multiple O-lineman, and DE's who can beat their man at the point of attack or at least shed the block to get an arm on a RB.

AND at least 1 true cover CB.
