SoCal.... I couldn't agree more. It is a "I wanna take a shot at you but not really because you might pout even more than you have been pouting and your effort might drop from 45% to 25% so you might even be more of a detriment to the team so I'm going to make it a veiled demotion that everyone knows really is a demotion just to make my point although by doing this you'll probably quit more on the team than you already have" kind of move from Tomlin.
