Palm, everything you said is true. It was also pretty obvious before and during the game. A lot of us hear knew and realized this but Tomlin & co. didn't? What am I missing? That TD pass from Tebow to Eddie Royal should have been a pick. All William Gay had to do was look back for the football, and it's an easy interception. I linked a video of almost the exact same play against the Bills, except the Bills corner did look back and pick off Tebow's pass.

If we can get a DB coach to teach William Gay to turn around for the football, he'd get about four or five picks a season........ His problem can be fixed with good coaching......... Footwork is an issue as well. He can stick with receivers, but needs to learn to look back for the football.

Dodg, you are right. That TD pass to Royals was underthrown and pickable, the Bills guy did it perfectly. Gay was with his man. Should have been able to read Royals eyes and body motion to know when to turn. The Bills guy did it.

Our guys just aren't coached on the details the way some teams are.
