While I, too, was saddened and frustrated by the incomprehensible scheming and poor play by the Ratbirds' last two "opponents", I hate to say it, but we didnt look much better. It's the nap the Stillers took on week one and the gaffe at the end of the rematch that has me even giving a shit what happens in Ratbirds games that dont include us. We made our bed. Hoping for help sucks, because you seldom get it in the NFL. The flying purple penis suckers play Cleveland (twice), Indy, San Diego, and Cincy to finish out. The Stillers might want to just resign themselves to getting into the playoffs, somehow, and then buckle up for a long road. Waiting for the likes of the bungles, brownies or Curtis Painter to save our hopes of an AFC North title is probably pointless.

Totally true, here. I watch the opposition's games with interest, but I'm looking for a wildcard berth. The Tomlin era has been defined by winning ugly. Which I'll say is a step up from Cowher's legacy of wasted potential, so far.
