If there were any overtures from the preseason, it was how the Redskins dominated us in the first game...............

Moore coughed it up. 53 cocksuckers went into Baltimore. I haven't seen an opening day disgrace this bad from the Steelers since 02.

Worst opener since the 51-0 drubbing to the Browns @ 3 Rivers.

Holy F........ The Bungles, who many predict could go 0-16 this season, just took the lead in Cleve. with 4 min to play............

Good. I only want the Clowns to win two games a year-- against the Ratbirds.

Re: 9-11-11, STEELERS vs. RAVENS GAME THREAD#1
"They are what they are" is as completely devoid of meaning and insight as "It is what it is," Tomlin.

For how bad our loss was, Cleveland's loss is even worse.............. They lost at home to a team many predicted would go 0-16.

The second game, at home against the Hee-Haw-ks, will determine whether this loss was a fluke or a sign of things to come............

Uh no. Cleveland isn't supposed to do much of anything this year as it is. A lot of people picked Pittsburgh for the Super Bowl again this year. Cleveland was at least competitive. Pittsburgh got anal raped with a barbed wire baseball bat.

Agreed. If we get punked by the OceanChickens this is going to be a long and very sad year.

Whoa, what a butt kicking. The Stillers defense looked void of emotion and like something was lacking. It's only one game, yeah, but the bounces were just brutal. That is the kind of loss that sticks with you for a while.
Good to see the next game is at home.

Re: 9-11-11, STEELERS vs. RAVENS GAME THREAD#1
Ozzie Newsome and The Ratbird FO knows that the only thing standing between them and the SB is a playoff win versus the Stillers. They specifically went out and upgraded their O-Line to be able to handle our defense. Unlike Colbert who spent the off-season yanking his dork and lavishing Woodley with far too much money for his titty-fighting performance, they identified their weakness and FIXED it!!!
Speaking of Woodley, the only time he ever got close to Flacco ALL DAY was when they tried to solo block him with a rookie TE. Pathetic!!!

Wow.....that new rookie QB we got did not look very good out there today. You know, that #7 guy.......Ben Whatshisburger? That dude looked kinda clueless and inexperienced. Man, he better start learning a lot faster or we should put Charlie Batch back in.

Ratbirds can celebrate this all they want. They beat The Steelers in their 1st meeting last season, and what did it accomplish in the end?
Re: 9-11-11, STEELERS vs. RAVENS GAME THREAD#1
Stinkin Ratbirds punched us square in the mouth. That was a big statement game and we clearly got smacked around all day long on both sides of the ball. Pisses me off bigtime for sure. I can't stand Harbaugh , I was fuming after that 2 pt bullshit play.
However as much as I despise the Ravens and their asshole coach. That was their way of paybacks for us running our mouths all off season, how we talked n chirped about how much better we are then them. Paybacks are a bitch, live with it. I kind of don't blame them for running it up like that and staying w/ the passing game late in the 4th quarter. They came out and punched us square in the mouth and beat the hell out of us for 4 quarters.
All I gotta say is Tomlin better be ready for round 2 in Pittsburgh and have our boys ready for our OWN paybacks
