Injury Updates
Per KFFL
The prognosis for Pittsburgh Steelers DE Aaron Smith's (triceps) recovery from a torn triceps tendon is still a little murky. Although there have been no setbacks, Smith is not fully recovered, and it is still unclear at this point if he will be 100 percent recovered in time for training camp.
Pittsburgh Steelers SS Troy Polamalu (Achilles') is healing sufficiently from his Achilles' injury that he would be ready for training camp.

Re: Injury Updates
I think Smith's days are pretty much done as a Steeler. I don't think he'll go out on an injury, but I believe he'll see less than 50 percent of the snaps this year. That Heyward pick is looking better by the moment. Even though he won't start barring a Keisel/Hood injury, I'd much rather have him in the rotation than Nick Eason.

ProFootballWeekly.com's Mike Wilkening is reporting
Pittsburgh Steelers WR Emmanuel Sanders (foot) said the right foot injury he suffered during the playoffs is completely healed and the left foot injury he suffered in the playoffs should be healed by mid-June, and that he is hoping to record more yards after catch next season because he believes he could have made bigger plays this season if he was able to get more yards.
