One factor not being discussed is the off week before the Superbowl. The Steelers have already been through a bi-week this postseason. There is a good chance that GB will come out flat just as the Cardinals did and I remember we jumped on them early 10-0.

I'll save Mill the trouble of responding to that, So-Cal, as I also seem to remember the D folding up the tent at the end of the third quarter, giving up a big lead in the 4th, and forcing Ben to put a drive together at the end to salvage it. Don't get me wrong, I think you make a good point, and one I hadnt thought of. The FudgePackers have played like 5 or 6 elimination games in a row, without a break until now. It may be more difficult to get the RPM's back up after that, and I certainly hope the Stillers are ready to pounce on that. That having been said, and along the lines of the discussion that has been raging here, I just hope we play FOUR quarters in this one. While I dont yet believe that Duck Dodgers is the second coming of Jesus, or even of Brett Fav-Ruh for that matter, he's heaps better than Flak-O and Dirty Sanchez, and I would not like to see him even have an opportunity to make a play or put a meaningful drive together in the 4th Q.

Why would Mill "loosen up",(Much like Dick did against The Jets), on the criticism during SB week? They haven't won the game yet. Do you want to just get there, or do you want to win it all?? And for as much as some of you complain about Mill's writing, you sure seem to care about what he says...

Spot on as usual. The Steelers suck. Lebeau should be fired. This team should be undefeated and unscored on. They will never win the Super Bowl. I'm with Mill guys.

They won the games didn't they Mill-boy, per Mike Tomlin there are no style points in the NFL. LeBeau is a great DC and you are not.

Looks like its up YOUR rectum pal. We won many games this season IN SPITE of poor defensive coaching

I've openly supported LeBeau, albeit with reservations, such as his blockheaded rigid thinking and the sense of infallibility that old coaches always seem to get. I've always agreed he was overrated, but in the postseason I've never seen him so befuddled. It's time for him to retire. Since he's been the coordinator for two wins, without a stellar secondary, I think they should let him resign-- or just can him if he wants it that way. Tomlin needs to be able to hire and fire his own staff. No head coach has the leverage he needs if his coordinators are picked out for him.
