THERE ARE NOT THAT MANY SUPER BOWL MVPs ..REPEAT>>>SUPER BOWL MVPs..yes I am yelling at you all..WALKING AROUND!!
THIS IS A TOTAL, COMPLETE, and UTTER CLUSTER FUCK!
Don't try to noodle it. This WR corp COULD be done. Yes, done. Done as in injuries and not depth, as in dropped balls as no speed to get off defenders as in additional pressure on Ben BECAUSE they can not separate.

Guys...listen up. Holmes was THE KEY to the offense. Basically that dumb ass Colbert traded away our offense. He just does not know it yet cause,"step up...someone needs to step up" BULLSHIT! NO one needs to step up, in addition...Players are going to be as pissed off as the fans. There IS NO fixing this, don't believe me, wait till playoffs..if we make it.

And you TOTAL MORONS who think of drafting a WR in the top rounds....WHY?? We need OLine!..we need DB! A rookie WR will not even play for maybe 2 seasons. This is a mess....

What a difference a day (err season) makes.

What a difference drafting two talented, competitive players who have the benefit of veteran leadership makes. ;) When I couple the Sanders and Brown draft picks with how Mike Wallace continues to excel it is easier to see why the front office saw Holmes as expendable.

A lot of the the Steelers success this post season will be tied to Roethlisberger. #7's ability, leadership and playoff experience is going to be paramount in working with the young blood on the roster. The team knows it, we know it, and most importantly he knows it. After everything that has gone on over the past year with respect to how the media railroaded him, and how people and fans alike doubt his greatness and place among not just the best in the game today, but his legacy and rank among the all-time elite. I don't think Ben would have it any other way :sucope: ...or maybe that's just me.

Good save. I was one of those fans that questioned the trade of Holmes, but I also realized the team was getting rid of baggage. I'm glad Sanders, and Brown are contributing more, and more each week. I think they're one of the reasons the Offense is starting to become more efficient. It makes opponents single up on Hines, and Wallace, instead of them getting doubled all the time.
Bruce Arians: Proudly carried the Honor of Short Bus All-Star 2007-2011. Good job, and glad you're gone Dumbfuck!!!!!

I never understood why so many people on this board and across the net and media were so convinced that Holmes was the main cog of our offense. If Wallace hadn't shown so much promise I would have been worried too, since I had no clue how our rookies would perform. The whole freakout reminded me of Eric Green's departure after the '94 season. The next year, with the exciting-as-oatmeal blocking TE Bruener replacing him, the offense hummed and we were AFC champions. Just goes to show...
