Steelers need to take a cue from the warrior Shaka Zulu...

Postby bigjoespompano » Tue Nov 09, 2010 3:16 pm

..."Never leave your enemies alive on the field of battle behind you." It's just so damn simple. When you have your foot on their neck, FINISH THEM! Why can't the Steelers embrace this simple concept in their game play? 20-7 and it ALMOST ends in a 28-27 LOSS??? TWENTY POINTS??? Until this coaching staff develops a backbone and ENDS THINGS, this team is going no where. This can't continue.

Just how obvious do things have to get? The nfl is becoming more and more pussified and more choreographed each day. The last thing that the nfl wants is blowouts. During a blowout most fans will turn off the tv or change the channel. Only the fans of the winning team enjoy a lopsided game and continue watching. That means fewer viewers watching those revenue generating commercials. The Steelers did exactly as they were told to do.
