LUCKY
well, we were lucky to win tonight.
can we play a complete game anymore? we need more from the backfield than just mendenhall. The o-Line right now sucks. I know we have injuries but the suck right now.
And the D must get consistent pressure. That will not work against teams like NE. We need more.
And Reed is just killing us. Brutal.

Re: LUCKY
hey board... i have been in baja on an outdoor trip and this is the first game i have seen since the loss to the ravens (and the first day of news i have seen as well) but ... CAN we fire bruce arians now this second...holy shit... momlin has to get a sack and stop looking like a wreck on the sidelines any time anything goes poorly .. jeff reed is drunk but should have never had to kick from that far back ..BS soft play calling the whole game except for that trick play. .. BR the king looks alright just need to keep ppl healthy especially Pouncey

Re: LUCKY
I agree about Reed. This game could have been put on ice if it wasn't for him....

Re: LUCKY
refs had a lot to do with it, they pretty much gift wrapped them their 3rd td.
some phantom unsportsmanlike conduct, to a bs call on hampton for roughing the passer (how can he stop himself in midair?), and another bs call on taylor making a good clean breakup of a pass

Re: LUCKY
I can't seem to remember a win I enjoyed less than this one. This game reminded me of that Eddie Murphy routine where the kid is showing off his ice cream cone....drops it....then picks it back up and eats it. I'm supposed to feel good after a win and this game fell a bit short of providing me with comfort. It was like getting laid, but the fire alarm in the hotel goes off right as you're getting ready to wrap things up, and you have to wait for the fire department to let you back in. Near the end there, I felt the exact same way, watching this game, as I feel when I have diarrhea, can't find a bathroom, and am in danger of shitting my pants......kinda like the Steelers almost did. There were good moments, I guess.....but I was still nervously waiting for them to give the game away the whole time. I'm pretty sure this one is going in as my "least favorite win" ever.
I especially hate the Steelers' last offensive series where we RAN THE BALL ON EVERY FUCKING PLAY!!! WTF BRUCE?!?! Are you trying to get some time off so you can hang out with Wade Phillips? Arians is such a douche-bag.......

Agreed. Just look to the last 2 games as proof of how much the officials actually do favor The Steelers...

Agree 100%. That prevent offense they go in when they have an early lead kills me. They can't put teams away like a great team can. If Ben could throw the ball far enough, Wallace would of had another td. I'm glad they won but disappointed on how they had to do it.
The Steelers will only be as successful as Big Ben is!
