Steelers intimidated
From watching the game it was clear to me that the Saints defense intimidated the Steeler offense. I was embarrassed for Big Ben as he looked like a rookie back there running for his life.
I thought we usually did the intimidating. As one poster on here stated, a good QB will beat us the rest of the year. Big Ben the elite QB and the offense needs to put some points on the board or this team isn't going to do shit. Just being realistic. If Ben is still rusty as some claim then he better start soaking in WD-40.

The Steelers will only be as successful as Big Ben is!

Re: Steelers intimidated
disagree with intimidation. Ben didn't look like a rookie running around - he looked like the Ben who excels at escaping. No intimidation as Mendy sprints for 38 in the 4th qrter.
Arians was outmanned. 5 wides on first down (?) followed by the easiest defensive call in all of football - Arians calls a run on 2nd and 10 after an incomplete pass. I was awaiting the reverse that loses 6 on the next play to complete the trifecta.

Rookie huh? Ben was 15-1 in his rookie year. If the cheatriots had got caught 2 years before, he may have been the 1st rookie to ever win a superbowl

Re: Steelers intimidated
Ben had an extremely hard time of it not simply b/c Arians couldn't adjust, but because the offensive line sucked dick. Like StillMill said, it was reminiscent of the '08 Eagles sack fest. Then too the offensive line sucked dick and Ben ran for his life the whole game. Ben often didn't even have time to make it to his second read as recall. Really poor effort.
You asked with your eyes Trent, you asked with your eyes.
