Word is with Keisel out, that Eason will start and Hood will spell him from time to time. This news indicates that Ziggy has nothing and the staff clearly knows now that we wasted a pick there. Eason was in bad straights coming into the season having lost significant wieght and being in recovery from a serious conditio.

Plus, he is a journeyman back-up.

And he is the guy that will be playing as the starter, not Hood. Again, all you need to know.

I've already made threads at how shitty the Steelers' 2009 draft was aside from Mike Wallace. The same with 2008 outside Mendenhall. Piss poor scouting, Colbert.

He sucked again last night against the aints. I watched him run himself out of many plays. Type of thing where he is running away from a block and thusly vacates his lane. He SUCKS!

I agree that Ziggy is a complete waste of not only a 1st round pick but a draft pick in general. This guy has shown very little ion his time with the Steelers and is not the second coming of Joe Greene.
