Troy's Health
It's nice to hear that Aaron Smith is getting better but what is the story on Troy? After reports that he'd play in Miami didn't pan out, the season ended. Other than the freakish Groundhog spot, he's been invisible. Any updates out there?

when you said "play in miami" i thought you meant the pro bowl at first.
he was on pace for defensive player of the year through 2 quarters.

I have no doubt that Troy will be back at full strength next year. With it being the off-season now, Troy is back home resting and getting ready without the daily medical examinations and weekly injury reports hanging over his head.

Re: Troy's Health
I hope this wonderful training staff can find a nice lightweight brace that will help Troy and not take away his speed and reaction time. He said earlier, that in the brace there was virtually no way to hurt the knee, but it was tough to cut and uncomfortable. I remember him taking off in his first game back prior to going out again for the season.
