Big Ben's Civil Case

Has anyone lately heard anything about Big Ben's pending lawsuit brought on by Andrea McNUT? The last thing I can even find referencing it was back in September and it has been really quiet on the Western Front since then.

Interesting how quiet this became after the season was over. Not sure if it was the press or the McNut lawyers. Heck, maybe Ben's lawyers pressing embarassment on the plantiffs when people were actually paying attention.
