OFFENSIVE PLAY THIS YEAR

We have a first-ever 4,000 yard passer (Roethlisberger).
We have 2 receivers over 1,000 yards each (Holmes & Ward).
We have a RB with over 1,000 yards (Mendenhall).
If this occurred on ANY other AFC (or NFC) team, the press would be running with this story faster than Tiger Woods running away from his pissed-off wife.........
Even the football press hates us........
WE BETTER MAKE THE PLAYOFFS JUST TO SHOVE IT DOWN THEIR STINKIN' THROATS!

It does not get any press because we do not have enough W's to go with those stats. If we were 13-2 like we should be, you would hear if on every channel and they would be talking about why Ben was overlooked by not being picked for the Pro Bowl.

agreed... with a few more win on our side , we got a lot of talk about how our offense has put up some pretty good numbers ... the thing is , espn and all that shit like to bandwaggon more than anyone else in the fuckin country , so it doesnt surprise me that they make no mention of it....
mostly , when it comes to all those sports news cable stations , i just watch for the stats. they give opinion like everyone watching is living in a soup kitch(of thoughts lol or suggestive thinkin) they create droans who don't think for themselves. So , I just rehearse the stats and allow my own opinion and analyze what the coaches and players talk about ..... we need a miracle , or sumthing close to it on sunday.....

His play in the oakland and cleveland games.

With all the stats for the offense, the downfall is the D choked, and pissed away 5 of the 7 games we lost.
