Why Galloway over Mcdonald
Was Shaun McDonald picked up by another team? Seems like you would want a playbook person at this time of year and I feel McDonald was a lost opportunity when playing with the Steelers. He should have been used more given we go 4 and 5 wide on 3rd and short and goal line.

Another one of Tomlin's guys; this one from Tampa. 2nd very questionable decision in less than a week.

Why?!??!! WHY!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Why are they bringing in this old fuck?!?!?!? I'd rather see Stefan Logan lined up at wide receiver than this old piece of shit.

easy
Joey G cant get deep better than any WR on our roster not named Wallace. He has dependable hands. The staff has given up on Sweed. obviously.

Re: Why Galloway over Mcdonald
I just checked out NFL.com a few minutes ago. Couldn't find Shaun McDonald on The Steelers Depth Chart or Roster. When I checked out The Players Page, it listed him as "Cut." I wonder when they did this, cause I don't remember it.

mcdonald hasnt done shit this year anyway (even limas peed has more catches than him lol), so i don't see what the big deal is. besides it's not like he's going to be replacing any of our top 3 receivers

Re: Why Galloway over Mcdonald
To be fair, McDonald wasn't given the chance to do anything. That being said, despite his age, and given the position they are in, I don't mind the signing of Galloway to fill a hole at WR. Just because he's "old" doesn't mean he can't still play.(See Brett Farve, Junior Seau, etc.) Also, he went over 1,000 yards with TB just 2 years ago, so there might still be some gas left in his tank. If there isn't, then oh well. He's a 4th WR on a team with (probably) only 2 games left. It will have to do.

I can't argue , your right. Mcdonald as you say didn't get nearly enough chances. Thats the way it is in the NFL. At the WR position you have to really open eyes to be given more chances. Mcdonald played very good in preseason, he gets open and catches everything you throw at him. Not easy to beat out guys like Ward,Wallace,Tonio
