Could this all be planned?

Postby NJSteel27 » Mon Dec 14, 2009 8:47 am

I know I am new to this newsgroup and I have posted a few "comical" solutions to the Steelers downward spiral, but, amidst a new sense of revelation, I got to wondering:

What if this whole late-season breakdown has been concocted by the coaches?

Heck, why not think that?

Certainly, not one person would have been able to predict that the Steelers would lose games to the Raiders, Chiefs and BrownStains. So, if seemingly impossible scenarios like that have actually materialized, why NOT think there could be some trickery at hand? We Steeler faithful all know that the Steelers offense could surely use a dose of unpredictabilty and trickery, however, with BA as our coordinator, maybe this is HIS only way of being underhanded??

Imagine that......a late season decline just to keep us off the radar?

I'd LOVE it to be true and, at this time of year, we can only HOPE and PRAY !

Gee, thanks, Steelbeach for bestowing such an honor. I didn't know you were a member of the award committee. If I had, I would have sent you a dozen rotten, stinkin' black roses to commemorate your title. But, considering you haven't anything constructive to add, I guess I should award YOU the following esteemed award:

Steelbeach is the proud recipient of:
The Mental-Midget-Reply-of-the-Year prize.

With that, Steelbeach receives the following:
1. A vise with which to stick his head in an attempt to squeeze out some brains.
2. A one-quarter ounce gold canteen, in which to save the remaining effluent from the vise.
3. A year's subscription to the best-selling book titled, "Never Make Fun of Another Newsgroup Fan By Writing Something Worthless and Ludicrous."

Ultimate goal?
Great question, but perhaps this is just one sick way of flying under the radar......
grasping at straws dude, because I cant believe that there is a pervasive destructive element to our beloved Steelers!

Just grasping at straws, Jeemie......and having lots of high hopes, no matter how out-of-touch they may seem.

Jag-offs lost last night.
Round one is in our favor......
Now, for just some more help this weekend
(Of course, it would be all moot if the Stillers lost to the cheeseheads)

After reading a question posted to Ed Bouchette as to why the Steelers didn't try a two point conversion after Wallace's TD, I am convinced some Steeler fans are the dumbest on the planet.
