At the end of the season, I believe that MT will be asked to shitcan at least
2 assistants---BA and Ligashesky(Special Teams).

Our offensive scheme makes it very difficult to pick up short yardage situations
and makes it tough to score TDs in the Red Zone. We need to go back to
a fullback leading the way at least part of the time. In the last game, RM
runs for 5, then 4, and then we go shotgun with no sidecars. Disaster.

Our Special Teams are a joke. I would suggest hiring two assistants-----
one for kickoffs and punts; and one for receiving both. I think that
they are that important. Why was ligashesky ever hired in the first
place----every where he has been, his teams have been horrible.
I hold my breath everytime a special team situation occurs.
