lebeau might have been great in the past but his time is up. let's face it, he hasn't had his defense ready all season and it's been evident whenever troy wasn't around to bail his ass out. he just gave up 21 points in the 4th quarter against the 32nd ranked scoring offense in the league. seriously, how do you answer to that? 21 points is what the raiders usually score in 4 games combined, and they gave it all up in 1 quarter

Sorry Fire Arians, I can't agree. Dick is extremely limited with the pussies we have playing in the secondary. The man needs the proper tools to work with to make this D work. If anything, we should be blaming management for letting Mcfadden get away and resigning Farrior. Without Troy they are completely exposed and easily rank in the bottom half in the league. Everyone in this organization is living off of last years SB win, and will continue to do so for the next 3 to 5 years. The Roonys don't care, the seats are full. This team is getting old. This year was their shot for a repeat but they didn't want to put in the work or effort required to accomplish this feat. Ben should spend more time working on his football skills and less time on being a celebrity. Nothing is going to change. Everyone got their big contracts. Tomlin & co. will act real concerned but thats all an act. It will be some lean years ahead with Omar at the helm.

Yep. He needed to be doing this for the last years and apparently hasn't. Just pop in a tape of Manning and the hated Brady and they will show you how to slide in the pocket (not duck, give 'em your big hip and run which goes for a big play often enough to fool your self, the coaches and the fans you don't need to work on your skills).
