Brilliant move by tricky dick to put Polamalu down in the corner position to take away that seam-slant. This pattern dissapeared from Denver's repertorie in the second half. Then they began blitzing him with it.

That was a seriously well coached game. Steelers d was too soft on first drive. After that, I can't really think of much to complain about.

Stillers need to bump receivers at the LOS when playing west-coast oriented teams that employ a 3-step drop. Ike should be right on the LOS with Marshall from the start of the game. You can't play this type of offense with the CB's 5 yds off the LOS. This could hurt us if playing a more effective QB.
Also, I did not like the O game calling again. The only time we move the ball consistently is when we go no- huddle and Ben calls the plays or audibles out of Arians vanilla play calling.
One more point..... Most of Denver's pressure came up the middle, especially early in the game. I would have liked to see the Stiller's move the pocket or call more designed rollout plays where Ben is very effective. Is there a better QB in the league that throws on the run?? I think not!

How about the series where Airhead calls the end around to Wallace from Mendenhall on first down with the line stacked for no gain! He then calls the same play the next down, but Mendenhall keeps for a 1 yard gain. Now in the hole on 3rd down, Ben overthrows on a streak route.

With the weapons this team has, they should be scoring on every drive. They could be averaging over 40 points per game.
