His act's getting old real fast!
Steelers kicker Jeff Reed was given a citation for public intoxication and disorderly conduct around 9 p.m. last night outside of McFadden's bar on the North Shore, according to Pittsburgh Police.

Someone better call AA for this guy. Don't know who's wrecking his chances more of a new contract, him or FWP!!!

i'd still say parker, because we have a solid replacement for parker.

Earlier in the year I thought that there was no point in resigning Reed for huge bucks...After watching the Ravens lose yesterday and hearing Baltimore radio calling for Stover to come back, I think it may be worth it

The way I see it, this is just Reed getting back to normal behavior. Make the kicks, go out and get trashed, do something stupid. Overall, a good thing for the team, we don't want the guy thinkin' about stuff, like where he's going to be next year, how much each kick is worth to his next contract, yada yada. Obviously, he's back in the groove.
