TOMLIN is accountable.
We give Arians his share of grief and rightfully so. But if my employee is performing subpar, I will take steps to either bring him/her up to speed or remove him/her from the position of responsibility.
Coach Tomlin needs to step up, accept the blame and take action to correct the problem.
How about 72 yards rushing in the first half and 93 total in the game for FWP... We stopped running when we were ahead in the game. WTF? Pass-happy Arians gives our opponents too many chances to stay in the game. Last year we were extremely fortunate that we won most of these nail-biters. This year it looks as though our bill has come due.

Re: TOMLIN is accountable.
I agree. But, the only way to take action with Arians is to fire him. And since it was Tomlin's dumbass decision to promote Arians, he is not going to be quick to fire him which would obviously make him look bad. Arians has plenty of talent to work with, including Logan (who isn't allowed to see the field unless there is a kick or punt that needs to be returned) and it is unexecptable to have only 47 points through 3 games. Grow some balls Tomlin, admit you made a mistake in promoting this fuckoff and fire his ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
