ANSWER: He'd better fuking make the team, or I'll be highly pissed.

Yes, we all know Tomlin loves big, burly, plodding kick returners (Najeh, Russell, Davis, et al). Logan is THE MAN. His lack of height works to his ADVANTAGE.......tacklers have a hard time finding him in the mayhem of a return, and he can stop on a DIME and change/stop so quickly, unlike long, loping runners like Will Jackwell.

You can bet he'll be gobbled up FAST by another team if he's cut. That extra 5-10 yds he would provide on punt & kick returns would be hugely beneficial to an already stellar D.

I like our wide receiver group of Ward, Holmes, Sweed, Wallace, and if this article is correct, Logan.

I've got high hopes for our offense this year, at least until I see BA / our o-line fuck everything up......

With as much as BB will be throwing, I think they might need to keep 6 WR's. BA is giving the finger to the run game this year! :sufu:

I don't think we can cut McDonald. He catches everything near him. so...

/agree with 6 wide outs

Stefan Logan just took a punt return to the house early in the 1st quarter against the Panthers in the final preseason game.

He just made the team for sure.

Tunch, Billy, and Craig were talking last night that Stefan could (would) make it as the 5th wr. This would bump Shaun Mcdonald.

I am a little dissapointed the Steelers would use him a WR rather than a RB. Maybe they would move him around. But 5'6" guys have always done good at the 3rd down RB position, such as Darren Sproles, but I cannot recall any WRs of that size doing anything special. Stefam would have to be deadly in the screen - something Arians forgot exists.

I would rather see a RB get bumped for Stefan Logan than McDonald. I think we have all become fans of Issac Redzone but 2yd plunges is about all he can do. Granted that is something we are lacking but I would rather hinge by bets on Willie or Mendy, or the Tank - given his opportunities last night to carry and block, on a 1yd plung than lose that pure 5th receiver.

Hard decisions

Based on last night's performance, please delete this entire thread.

This kid is exciting to watch.

At training camp, the day I attended, he only participated in WR drills and no RB drills. He's a special teams game changer though.
