Fucking great! A high ankle sprain. Every time I hear high ankle sprain it ends up keeping the player out two to three times longer than they estimate. Just when we thought we would see our first round pick from 2 years ago get a start this happens........

Always has been the biggest concern about Timmons.
CAN HE HOLD UP?

Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Steelers LB Lawrence Timmons (ankle) could miss the team's Week 1 game with a high ankle sprain. Timmons walked around the team's training facility Tuesday, Sept. 1, in a protective boot on his injured left foot. Head coach Mike Tomlin has ruled Timmons out of the team's preseason finale and said his focus is to try to get him healthy for the opener.

Where is that hyperbolic chamber that Michael Jackson....oops I mean Hines Ward used last year before the s.b?

Protective boot is good -helps stabilize the ankle. Good news is that K. Fox could be a starter for most teams. We are thin at LB besides him.

I say sign Levon Kirkland to a one-year deal. GET IT DONE, coach Tomlin! :suahhbs:
