Re: Roethlisberger denies civil allegations of sexual assault
THIS IS ABSOLUTE FUCKING BULLSHIT!!!! BR7 HAS MORE CHARACTER IN HIS INDEX FINGER THAN I HAVE IN MY ENTIRE BODY!!! THE FORCES IN THE COUNTRY ARE TRYING TO TAKE US DOWN, AND THIS WAS HOW LOW THAT THEY HAD TO GO TO TRY AND DO IT.
STAR PLAYERS USUALLY HAVE CHAPARONES THAT WATCH OVER THEM, WHERE WAS THE ONE WATCHING OVER BR7 IN THIS CASE? YOU CAN TELL A TREE BY IT'S FRUIT, AND THIS DOES NOT ADD UP AT ALL. BR7 COMES FROM A GOOD FAMILY WITH GOOD FAMILY VALUES, A CHRISTIAN FAMILY-HE'S A CHRISTIAN IN FACT, AND I DO NOT BELIEVE IT. IT IS SAD WHEN SOMEONE HAS TO STOOP TO THIS LEVEL TO TRY AND SHAKE DOWN SOMEONE FOR MONEY OR OTHER FAVORS THAT THEY DID NOT EARN HONESTLY...
ANYONE WITH A DIME OF COMMON SENSE CAN TELL EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON HERE, AND THAT NEVADA SLUT NEEDS TO GO FUCKING DIE!!!

Sources connected with the case tell us a former co-worker of McNulty's at Harrah's came forward with this incredible story -- that around the time McNulty hooked up with Roethlisberger, she was allegedly involved with a married man. The man's wife, we're told, created an email account, posing as a U.S. soldier in Iraq. The wife began corresponding with McNulty to gain information. We're told the former co-worker has said McNulty fell in love with the fictitious soldier and began telling people she was engaged to him. When the wife stopped the correspondence, McNulty then began telling people the soldier was killed in action.
haha what a nut

I believe this woman is gold-bricking but this had better be a wake-up call to all the team. They lurk out there looking to devour. This will end up a bogus charge I believe, but where does Ben go to get his reputation back. Another reason why we need tort reform - "Loser pays" reform laws.
Just like the Duke LaCrosse case. The girl gets off with a writslap while the reps of the young men are tarnished forever.

First off, I bleed black and gold. Dr's still can't figure out why! haha.
Secondly, if BR did these things, then he needs to be held accountable in a court of law. I don't have double standards and what she is accusing him of is a crime deserving of serious punishment.
However, why is the lady not pursuing a CRIMINAL complaint? I would want my assaulter in jail if I were in her shoes. That seems weird. It is also a little sketchy that she waited so long to pursue any action. Is she any less afraid of being fired now than she was when this first allegedly happened? Weird. Lastly, her history (from what I read on the net) seems filled with drama already. And to me, the best way to predict future behavior is to look at past behavior. Drama begets drama.
I must admit to being a little disappointed in Big Ben for at best, allowing himself to be put in this situation, and at worst excercising EXTREMELY POOR JUDGMENT. It would be nice to occaisionaly have my faith in these guys rewarded. What's next? Polamalu robs banks in the offseason?

i agree that IF he forced himself upon her, he should be held accountable. it just seems highly unlikely at this point.
she's not pursuing a criminal complaint because there is zero evidence. civil suits do not require to be proven beyond all reasonable doubt (ie oj simpson).

agreed again. she's not even that good looking.
