I think Arians eats hotdogs at halftime instead of making adjustments. He's so fat his face & neck have merged together. The one thing about Tomlin is that he is almost TOO nice to his staff. Cowher would have fired Arians before training camp '07.

The team simply does better when BR7 calls his own plays.
Arians was a decent QB at VPI&SU, but age, brain rot, incompetence, and living in Cleveland and Filthydelphia have taken their toll.
Hope MPT keeps his eyes and his mind open.
