You may want to check out espn.com and nfl.com, steelcity. If those two sites don't come through for you, then maybe dve.com, but I'm not sure about that one since it's not a home game.

It will be broadcast on Sirius radio at 7:30 PM ~ Pittsburgh Steelers @ Buffalo Bills Channel 127 (Steelers) or Channel 126 (Bills), so there's that.

Also, if you have access to the NFL Network, it will be broadcast tonight @ 12:00 AM ~ 2008 NFL Pre-Season Game: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Buffalo Bills - from the Rogers Center in Toronto, Canada, and will be re-aired on NFL Network on Saturday, August 16th @ 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM.

Are you in a location where there is a local sports bar? If so, you may want to check that out.

I'm really sorry I can't help you more, but I always watch the games on television (KDKA). Maybe someone else will come along who can help you far more than me on these things.
