Colon Extended ???
A buddy of mine told me his pager said that the Steelers extended Willie Colon today.
Anyone else hear this?

Re: Colon Extended ???
I'm in SC, formerly from the Rocks. No paper down here had anything. What is overall impression of Colon?
Worth big money when his time comes? Every time I see Ben sacked on TV, Colon always in the area with his back turned to Big Ben as if he had no idea what happened. Never helps the Meal Ticket get up off the mat.
Is it me or what? Need some help here as I remain unimpressed by his performance. Then again, I saw Marvel get blown around quite a bit too. I am glad no money spent there.

Re: Colon Extended ???
To me, Colon has no business playing RT. He lacks the height and arm length to be effective against the league's stronger and quicker defensive ends that have evolved over the last 5 years. But, Roethlisberger is athletic enough to compensate for his underperforming line, so they'll stick with him, Starks, etc. I just hope Ben can survive another year w/o injury.

Ben is his own lineman, big and strong, which is why he is still playing behind this line.

Wouldn't that hurt???
To the FO: don't do it.
Let Colon and Starks ply their trade elsewhere.
