Steelers sign linebacker Arnold Harrison

Although they still have not signed anyone else's free agent, the Steelers signed another one of their own today.

Linebacker Arnold Harrison signed a one-year contract to return to the team. He spent last season on injured reserve and was not tendered an offer as a restricted free agent this year, making him unrestricted.

The Steelers today also entertained Penn State center A.Q. Shipley, whose visit does not count against their 30-man limit of college players because he is from Moon. Last week, the Steelers entertained two Pitt players, linebacker Scott McKillop and center C.J. Davis.

Thank God!

I was really worried about the ability to repeat, but hell, now that we have Arnold Harrison under contract, I can sleep easy. :wow:

I am not understanding this off season. If it aint broke don't fix it. I get it. However, we NEED JAMES HARRISON. He deserves to be rewarded after last season.
