Steelers re-sign TE Mchugh
Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports the Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to terms with restricted free-agent TE Sean McHugh on a three-year deal worth $2.57 million. The contract includes a $390,000 signing bonus.

I've been a huge McHugh fan ever since he knocked of Bart Scott's helmet during the first Ravens-Steelers game of '08. I think he's a great run blocker and hopefully Arians will use him fully in this capacity next season

Could signing McHugh be a signal that Carey Davis's time might be short.
McHugh can play either FB or 3rd TE.
Just a thought. Especially if we can get a FB as a UFA after the draft. That is how we got Kreider I think.

I think Carey Davis is about useless but for whatever reason Arians loves him. If Steelers get a quality return man via FA or the draft that can also cover kicks I think you'll see Davis leave.
