View topic - No stadium shots?

Did I just miss it somehow? Or were there no shots of the stands during the game? I'm reading all these articles about how the stadium was a sea of black and gold - but I don't recall seeing any camera pans across the stands. Can't ever remember that from a SB - no shots of the fans?

It's one thing not to show the stands as covered in black and gold when we're the away team - but this is the super bowl! I think it was done to keep from embarassing the NFL. But Steeler Nation will keep growing with the Lombardi's.

I think you're reading conspiracies where there are none.

They showed the stands plenty in Detroit.

And they mentioned the Terrible Towels twirling a few times.

OTOH- I counted at least five Brenda Warner shots...what was the over/under for that?

She is very trailer parky.....kinda looks like the mom who buys the booze and blows all the teenagers for miles around....

The stadium was also off limits for the blimp...so no overhead shots!

Yes I mentioned to the ppl I watched with how there were little to no crowd shots..unless they involved Brenda Warner or LFitz Sr.

Very Bizarre.

The NFL didn't want to be embarrassed by the overwhelming number of stiller fans, so the cameras were told to show warners wife and that other guy the whole time.
