Dan and his son Jim delivered a gameball to Obama from the AFCCG on Wednesday at a dinner....Rooney also said that "he never has been as close with a president as he is with Obama, whom he calls a friend."

Oh yea, it's only HIS party that uses these lame, insincere tricks. I think this is a shrewd move by the Rooneys even if it is not sincere (which I suspect it IS).
Think of how the Stiller players (especially the African American ones) and Tomlin must feel about this gesture...net positive, definitely and creates goodwill and motivationals tools galore.
