Re: Thought on Sweed....
Ahhh CJ....not a bust per say but certainly not #1 material. Steelers had a hard on for Colorado players back in the early days of Cowher...Steed, Chad Brown, Deon "7" Figures, CJ, Ariel Solomon, and who is McLovin forgetting.....OH YEAH KORDELL! He's made a mini-comeback with his appearances on that 1st and 10 show with Skip Bayless. Those big white dots on his face have disappeared. Super Bowl XXX team had quality receiving corp with Thigpen, Mills, CJ, and Andre Hastings. Too bad the Neil O'tool sucked donkey balls. But McLovin digresses...we'd all better hope Ward's knee checks out ok because McLovin can't stomach Sweed dropping a key touchdown. Sunday we were lucky Troy bailed us out...Super Bowl Sunday we may not be so lucky
Re: Thought on Sweed....

No shit too...Holmes, Nate, and LINUS need some damn lasik or something. Every time they flop to the ground McLovin drinks 5 beers waiting on the coaches challenge!

Re: Thought on Sweed....
To be a top class reciever, he's gonna have to go to sleep with that damn ball, and put in the effort!
I'm not sure he's got the will, he's got a screw loose somewhere!
I've got serious doubts that he'll ever make it, . . . . at the end of the day, catching the damn ball is THE Priority!
Dallas Baker must be sat at home with a sore neck form all the head shaking!!

Re: Thought on Sweed....
When you think about it Wide Receiver not the easiest position to make an impact as a rookie. Hines didn't set the world on fire his first couple seasons. Plax was a lot like Sweed not that Sweed is immature but he has concentration and focus issues. Maybe Sweed is just dumb and is struggling to learn the pro game. Steelers and WRs an interesting history. Some good units to be sure Swann and Stall, Thigpen, Mills, CJ, and Hastings, Hines, Plax, and ARE. Don't forget the lean years with guys like Weegie Thompson trying to fill in opposite Louis Lipps. Some real stiffs have come through here like Derek Hill, Will Blackmon, Fred Gibson, Willie Reid just to name a few. But the difference with Sweed is that he appears to have a unique skill set with his size and Texas petigree but he has zero self esteem and confidence. McLovin just doesn't share the optomism that this guy is going to pan out.

There is nothing sexier than a woman in a Steelers jersey, I don't care how much she weighs.
