I'm out here as well... but I don't hear too much about the AFCCG game from these
weak ass fans out here as most of them don't even know they were in the superbowl
or the AFCCG. I unfortunately was at that loss to San Diego (the best seats on the 50) and
I'll tell you that was the worse loss I have ever experienced as a Steeler fan. I still remember taking the 'T' home and not one person talking the whole way home.
I am in Encinitas/Carlsbad (near the Aviara Golf Course).
Where are you at?
For years, my entire family used to head to Patch's. Holy crap...what a sh*thole!!! The dude always started the games 10 minutes late...the speakers had an intermittent, high-pitched feedback...and he served the most wretched food (if it could even be considered "food"). Then, about ten years ago, my mom & pop saw the light (i.e. they got DirecTV). Hence, I travel down to their house every Sunday for football (& some home-cooked food).
My friends are die-hard Bolts fans (e.g. lightning bolt tattoos on their forearms)...ergo, I give them more credit than most of the fans out here.
Every once in a while, while at one of their houses, they will throw in a "movie"...and the tape of the 1994 AFCCG just "happens" to come on the television. In other words, I hear about 1994 at least once every three months.
That said...
For a week after that horrible Sunday (in 1994) none of my friends said a word to me...they could see my pain.
Now, they have their fun with 1994. But, to their credit, back when it actually occurred, they allowed me to mourn.

Titan Steve,
When you play a real schedule like the Steelers played this year and then play us at the end of a grueling stretch right after winning the division then you can talk. BTW you looked real good when the Jets blew you out. If you're lucky to survive Baltimore, you'll be so beat up that you may not even show up in the Conference championship.
