Heart Titans 13 Stillers 10 OT
Voltan-
Big ups on the positivity. I respect your fanmanship, and look forward to a good game Sunday. Odds are this isn't the last time we see eachother this season, so it should be a good test for both teams.

Steelers 24
Titans 9

fingers crossed...
Isfry same to you!

I see this game as being a defensive chess match. LeBeau against Schwartz. The backups the Titans have behind Haynesworth and KVB are actually pretty good (William Hayes, Jason Jones, etc.) Not as good of course, but they get to the quarterback and can tackle.

I do think the Titans pride is hurt right now and taking down the Stillers would do a world of good. CB Nick Harper has came out and said they are not playoff ready so I expect them to turn up the intensity starting this week.

Fisher is a master at motivating his players so there is no doubt in my mind the Stillers will have to bring their "hard hat" to this one. I am looking for a typical Titans-Stillers match that will come down to the 4th quarter.

I have to admit I will be shocked if we get "rolled".

I, too, would be surprised if this game ends up a blowout. I do like the Steelers' chances, though, when you consider our ability to make a team one dimensional. Kerry Collins has yet to prove to me he can get it done if it's all on him. That having been said, I do not underestimate the Titans' ground game, and it will be a test of our inside LBs, for sure. Last one he had was the Indy game and they only lost that one by four. The rest of the NFL should shudder to think what a healthy Big Ben would be doing....

The Titan's are a nice little story this year. But let's be honest. They played a schedule softer than freshly laid steaming turd. Also, their bread and butter is running the ball and let Kerry make some plays. While the defense keeps them in games.

Not a good recipe for a win against the Steelers. Titan's running game will be shut down, Kerry will have to win the game...LMAO!!! and the Steeler defense is better than yours.

Depending on whether the Titans show up I see one of two scores. 36-9 Steelers (Ben looked good and seemed to be on point. Seven drops made his numbers look dismal) or if the Titan's show up 17-10 Steelers. Either way the Titans lose.

Doesn't matter. Defense wins football games, and we have the #1 defense in the league. Good luck with the new steel curtain. And, if Ben's on his game, I would be shaking in my shitkickers if I were you.

The Steelers WILL be victorious against the Titans, whom I hate BTW ever since they used to be in our division, and they WILL be the #1 seed of the AFC. Woot! :subngtowl:

We'll see. One fact I find interesting is the Steelers are 1-6 at the Coliseum.

Til Sunday it's all just talk. Win or lose, here's to a good game with NO injuries. Go Titans!

Funny you should mention 13-10 in OT win by the Titans, because that's exactly what I was predicting for that game while I was watching the first 57 minutes of last weeks game against the ravens.

But since I failed to stay faithful last week, I guess I'll go with the hopes this week, with a 16-13 prediction for the stillers.

Isfry, dude, if the steelers score 24 points, I owe you a beer. :sudancin:
