The Cowboys Game is a Clear Illustration of........

Postby StillDodger » Sun Dec 07, 2008 7:35 pm

......why Bruce Arians must be fired immediately.

In the first half, both defenses stymied the offenses. Over the course of the game, one offensive coordinator made adjustments, the other didn't.
Whenever Tom Brady loses, it's always someone else's fault.

He really is a fucking idiot! Maybe he should read boards like these, he would atleast get a clue then. He can't possibly think he is doing a good job calling games. As far as him thinking he has the O prepared to play every week, that's bullshit too. Someone needs to sit this dumbass down (Tomlin), and explain to this dolt what the hell is going on!

I really couldn't care less what he says... the results on the field speak for themselves.

All I know is that under the previous regime, with the same QB, the offense was a whole lot more productive. The QB is not the problem... he's a proven winner with a SB ring.

The problem is an unimaginative o-coordinator that the team wins in spite of. It's become readily apparent that Arians *thinks* his way is the right way and he is either too stupid or too stubborn to adjust his strategy to take what defenses are giving and what this team can best execute. Where are the designed rollouts... the screen passes and dump offs to take advantage of overly aggressive defenses?

It's a shame when Troy Aikman says on a national broadcast... "I can't understand why the Steelers aren't rolling Ben outside the pocket." Something I've wondered all year long.

Unless this team wins the Super Bowl, I don't see any way that Tomlin brings him back next year as the substandard coaching has to be apparent to him.

Is it any wonder this is the guy's 11th stop? He's been horrible at every other place he's coached.

I found it irritating when he said he never second guesses the decisions he makes. Well, how do you learn from your previous decisions if you never look back and think about why certain things did't work?

This guy needs to go. Even though I think we can win the whole shebang with him because this defense is ridiculous, this team is a good Offense away from being one of the best teams anyone has seen in a long long time. When does he figure out that Willie Parker is ineffective without a lead blocker? Its nothing against Parker, but he is a second level speed guy, he doesn't make people miss. How do you get to the second level?? With a lead blocker, not a single back backfield. I think its pretty evident on the field judging by body language that not many on this team trust Arians as a playcaller and OC.

Bruce Arians is terrible like always. I really feel bad for this offense that has to deal with that bullshit. Disguisting.

FUCK THAT!

toughest schedule the NFL has EVER seen and we were projected to go 8 and 8 by everyone.

we are 10 AND 3

and this game we had almost ten drops by receivers. IN THE FIRST HALF ALONE!!!!

willie parker up the gut .....GETS NOTHING over and over and over. mewelde moore goes up the gut and KICKS ASS over and over and over.

ARIANS PLAYCALLING WAS SUPERB TODAY.

anyone that says otherwise is a moron.

EXECUTION by our WRs and willie parker almost cost us the game.

now shut the hell up and re watch the game and see the truth.

steelers should have DOMINATED THE ENTIRE GAME. but execution fucked us.

not ARIANS.

This is a moronic post...

The lack of execution is exactly the point. We've seen all these guys produce before. This O is so clearly unpolished and that goes on the OC. These things happen week after week after week. What is Arians doing at practice that these things werent fixed the 3rd week of the season? All these dropped passes and mental errors are a direct result of an overall lack of concentration, lack of trust, and total disbelief in this offensive system, and the sole owner of those problems is Bruce Arians. Throw play calling out the window..if the players dont buy into the system it will never be successful.. good play calling or not.

now shut the hell up... remove head from ass...leave the Steeler shaded sun glasses on the coffee table..and rewatch the game.

I tend to agree that the execution of this offense is not very good. I can't count how many plays I saw yesterday where someone screwed up. That's not letting BA off the hook. If I never see the empty back field again I will die a happy man.

RUNING THE BALL3 OUT OF 4 PLAYS FOR ZERO YDS AT THE THE GOAL LINE WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN STUFFED FOR THE LAST 12 GAMES AT THE GOAL LINE IS SUPERB?

THROWING THOSE BOGUS LOW PASSES AROUND THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE IS SUPERB , WHEN THE OPPOSITION CLEARY IS IN POSITION WEEK IN AND WEEK OUT TO DEFEND IT?

THATS CALLED POOR PLAY DESIGN , NOT POOR EXECUTION!
