“You put him in a phone booth with half those guys that he’s taking those shots at, he’d get his a** whupped.â€
– Scott on Ward
“The media was like ‘Oh, Hines is tough,’ †Scott said of the Oct. 19 hit. “No he’s not. He’s a cheap-shot artist.â€
AND MORE.

Re: Bart Scott vs. Hines Ward
I don't understand the idea of calling a 200 lb WR a cheap shot artist because he doesn't hit 250 lb linebackers head on. It doesn't take a whole lot of common sense to realize how bad of an idea that really is.
How many times has Scott hit offensive linemen head one when both are running full speed? I bet not many.

Re: Bart Scott vs. Hines Ward
It is amazing to me. Take the two games against the Bengals, for instance.
Game 1) Ward decleats Rivers. There is an out-cry about Ward being "cheap."
Game 2) A Bengal DB knocks Santonio Holmes out...and no one says a word.
In other words, why can't the offense hit back???
Where does it say that the offense HAS to bend over and take it???
Ward blocks people.
Defenders tackle people.
End of discussion.

Cause they are scared of Ward. Little guy like that and suggs and scott are hoping Ward is on the other side of the fiels. Funny. They were going to put ward out of the last game. What happened? Yhey will do something illegal next Sunday. One or both Suggs n scott will be thrown out. Then ray the knife will fall on the pile when 7 ravens tackle Hines. "Deardork will say boy, did you see that tackle by ray lewis? what a great player." Then if the fullback blows him up next play they will say I think I saw a helmet to helmet there. davis got away with one

Yyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeah....
This could have certainly waited.
There's a little team called the Cowboys still to be played.
-1 on your timing. I'll put in my two-cents after Sunday.

I agree: I find it interesting that this was a report posted this week (as opposed to next week).
Maybe Baltimore is overlooking Washington...???

Steelers can't afford to look past Dallas, and I don't think they are. The Ravens, on the other hand...they're assuming that all they have to do is show up on Sunday night and the Redskins will just lie down and die. They're not sweating Washington at all, and they definitely are looking past them to the Steelers. The Baltimore news media tries to stay on topic, but the impending game with Pittsburgh keeps coming up. They think that they're going to win the division title that day.

Hey, EDREED, little troll bitches get consumed on this board. Try a Redskins board, or are you looking past them?
Re: Bart Scott vs. Hines Ward
If you haven't noticed the Ravens destroy bad teams and Washington is bad. Sunday will be great. 4:15 I watch the Cowboys beat you and then at night we stomp the Redskins.
Re: Bart Scott vs. Hines Ward
Typical Mavens fan. Cares more about the game before his and the game the following week than the matter at hand. Get your head outta your ass and into the game.
