Big signing because we need to develop an OT, and while Hill may not contribute this year, having him in camp for every minute of it will help him develop sooner rather than later. With Starks and Marvel's futures both up in the air, it is a big deal.

Adam Caplan, of Scout.com, reports the Pittsburgh Steelers signed OT Tony Hills to a three-year deal Thursday, July 3. Hills is expected to make $295,000 base salary in 2008, $385,000 base salary in 2009 and $470,000 base salary in 2010. He received a $304,500 signing bonus.
