Player/coach analysis
Arians bad
LeBeau bad but lucky again
Woodley good
Farrior bad bordering on terrible
Foote bad
Harrison good
After I watch the game I will fill in the rest with a sprinkle of missed tackles etc. to prove my pre-determined conclusions and presto here is the StillMill analysis ready for publishing.

Mill sucks
This site sucks
I am the greatest
Farrior is the 2nd greatest
Foote is almighty

It's really not worth arguing with Mill. Everytime you disagree with his obviously biased opinions, he twists that disagreement in his fucked up, naive mind in a way that, to him, just emphasizes how much more he knows than we do.
Remember, in Mill's world, if the masses collectively disagree on something he wrote, then he's obviously right, since "the sheep" can't be smart enough to form a valid point.
I know, it's a fucked up mentality and one that is quite difficult for a normal, sane person to understand, but it's true.
He's like the stubborn, 80 year old man with alzheimer's. Let him alone to shovel the snow from his driveway in the middle of July and he'll do his own thing and let everyone else alone. But if you point out that what he's doing is wrong, he'll insist he's right and shovel that much longer out of spite.

It's really not worth arguing with Crosby4death. The guy has yet to make a salient, original thought during his sorry-assed tenure here.

Offhand, I’m not sure who the bigger stupidfuk is -- Crosby or Guinness -- but it’s quite a contest we have going on here.

dave8105 wrote:I don't agree with this comment about Holmes:
"Holmes had 5 grabs but had a spotty game. On the deep stop near the end of the 1H, Holmes caught the ball at the 4, right near the sideline. The ball was snapped with 11 secs left, and the Stillers had ZERO timeouts. Rather than darting straight and DIRECTLY out of bounds, Holmes actually headed upfield just a bit, and was held up, IN BOUNDS. Ward had enough sense to help knock Holmes OOB to stop the clock, and Reed booted the FG as time expired at the half. This is a classic case of a football player not fully grasping the situation. Yardage here meant NOTHING; stopping the clock was everything, and Holmes nearly cost the Stillers a chippie FG."
Watch the replay again. I don't think he was actually trying to advance the ball upfield. It looks like Holmes catches it, then turns to go up and out. SD's guy just comes in and makes a great defensive play by stopping him from going out of bounds. Also, if you are watching that replay, check out Ward before he pushes them out of bounds. I looks like he was watching the clock, then when it got close enough to 0 he pushed the guys OOB. Watch it, its kind of funny.
Good query, Dave. You answered your own query, though -- "It looks like Holmes catches it, then turns to go up and out. " That was the mistake. There never was a need to go UP; in fact, he could have run "BACKWARDS" out of bounds and "lost" 1 yard, which would have made it a piddly little 22-yard FG. Again, yardage meant nothing; time was everything. Holmes was casual and careless, and it nearly cost us a chippie FG and nearly cost us the game.

dirtydave61 wrote:Willie is a fast, cutting runner and he did fine, which leads me to accept that the D stopped LT, not the field.
Just 1 point of clarification here....
Parker can and does cut, but he is a slashing, NORTH-SOUTH runner who makes 1 cut, if that, and runs to daylight. LT stutters, jukes, and cuts back with aplomb, and that shitty field was far more a hindrance to him than it was to Parker.

All you guys can piss on Mill all you want. He is right most of the time. I think some of you disagree just to do so to talk shit. I'm not kissing his ass because I have no reason to. I could drop this site in a heartbeat and not even give a shit. The bottom line is, after I read Mill's reviews of the games, I mostly hope that the coaching staff reads it too. Because if they did the Stillers would be a better team.
So get over it. Mill is what he is. You may not like it; and I certainly don't from time to time, but deal with it. Some of you treat it like some dude at a bar calling your girlfriend an ugly ho. Truth hurts sometimes, and he speaks the truth from his perspective. You may not agree with it, but at least he is consistent, and calls it in his own way. You have to respect that.

I see that the typical Monday parade of pissants showed up again to bash Mill's article while offering little of substance for the readers.

Anyone else ever seriously wonder how many aliases Mill has on this site??? Or how many times he votes in the weekly polls???? Bottom line is our D is lights-out (though, not perfect) and our O may just peak at the right time (assuming Arians has seen some sort of light and continues to progress (albeit, at a painfully slow rate) with his play calling). The talent is there... My biggest concern is is the O-line as it all too often resembles a slice of mighty tasty cheese often associated with skiing and Rubens...mmm...Rubens... For me, I don't really mind ugly wins; keeps things intersting. More often than not, the team(s) that looks sharpest during the reular season gets bumped prior to or at the final destination anyway... With a little fine-tuning, there is no reason why we can't be enjoying Stiller football from Tampa come February...
No doubt Millie has a number of aliases. Nellie is either an alter ego or Millie's gay lover.
We can all bash Millie for his hardheadedness but he makes Stillers.com what it is. He keeps it interesting and edgy with his controverseial viewpoints and his unwillingness to backdown. Millie does make a few very valid points that are spot on. I applaud him/her for that as well.

Millie,
Extremely clever and original copying my writing format as a comeback. Maybe you can do the same technique to put Crosby in his place as well...oh wait you did.
"shit" is in the eye of the reader. You say I spout shit. I say your analysis is week after week cut and paste dribble with not a bit of true, unbiased, original analysis (aka shit). Your analysis and grades article is ONLY a vehicle for you to state your biases under the disguise of an objective analysis. Many of us could publish a much more accurate, insightful analysis of each game but what would be the point to do so on Stillers.com. Such viewpoints that differ from your vewpoints are not at all encouraged or accepted. Given the dynamic that exists here at this site it is much more fun to play devil's advocate in an insulting sort of way. That is, after all what makes this site interesting to the reader.
Millie - I may give you shit but you are alright. You love the Stillers and are passionate about your viewpoints. Those are two good qualities. If I ever run into you and your husband I will buy you both a wine spritzer (just kidding).
