More Disturbing or More Funny?

Today, I got an email from an Obama supporter.
He was prematurely gloating.
The email contained a picture of Palin's daughter appearing to flip off another kid.
Turns out it is a Fake

While I see the humor, I also find it very disturbing that someone would use an image of a child in this way.
