The Associated Press reports former NFL QB Ryan Leaf was arrested in Washington Wednesday, June 17, on drug and burglary charges in Texas. Customs agents arrested him after he crossed the Canada-United States border.

When Leaf and Manning came out in the draft I lived about 1hr away from Indy.

Most people and sports writers in the area were pissed that the Colts took Manning over one of the top 5 head cases ever to come out of college football.

Some guys never learn. Neither do some teams who fail to draft character.
