And the door creaks open...

Postby isfry » Mon Dec 19, 2011 11:45 am

Well, there it is. To paraphrase Herm Edwards, The Flying Purple Penis-Eaters "are who we thought they were." They are a team with a good (albeit aging) defense, a versatile running back, and an overrated QB who can't play from behind and has the gayest mustache on television since the butless-leather-chap-wearing homo biker, "Mr. Slave" from South Park. Nothing more, nothing less. Now all that remains to be determined is who we are. The Stillers have a chance to show up on a national stage, on the road, against a highly ranked defense and put their destiny squarely in their own hands. Even with our best pass-rusher kept out of this game by MADF ("Mothers Against Defensive Football") I am looking forward to seeing our D come in with a purpose. The Pigeons had to know, coming into last night's game, that the division and, in all likelihood, the #1 seed were on the line and, yet, they laid a big fat egg. I expect our squad to have a much better sense of the moment when MNF kicks off tonight. We got a feelin'...

Another flimsy effort from Baltimore's infertile offense under the prime time lights. The Slavens and their mascot Joey Fowlco are exactly who and what they have always been. Junk.

The #1 seed and field through out the playoffs is at stake. The Stillers have to crank it up tonight. This game is crucial. :subngtowl:

So much for that, Tomlin and his band of worthless coordinators gave it back to the Ratbirds. :supissed:
